We don’t work as traditional recruitment service providers. We follow a different approach where we try to understand the person who is looking for opportunities and growth. We build relations with employees such that they share their real expectations with us, this helps us in retaining them with the current client. Majorly the recruitment process is focused towards finding and placing employees to a specific role and this is the major issues that leads to failures of many recruiting agencies but we work differently.

Process followed by us:
- Research and analyze the requirement
- Explore the market
- Approach the candidates
- Understand their expectations
- Analyse the gaps in the expectations of client and candidates
- Schedule the calls only when 75% match found
- Selected and Joined we continue to be in contact with the candidate
- Understand the mindset and prepare for the hick-ups if any.
We follow a different approach as we don’t want us or the client to waste time on repeated activities rather we would prefer looking for a new opportunities for a better relations.
